Return & Refund Policy
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
Please email email@example.com if there are any issues with your order or product. We are here to help. If after contacting us, you still want to return the unopened product(s), God’s Gift will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 7 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Returns Process below.
1. Prior to returning items, the customer must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone. If after speaking, you still want to return unopened product, God’s Gift will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 7 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for return shipping. You must receive a Return Authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from God’s Gift will not be refunded.
2. Please notify God’s Gift Support once you have shipped the unopened product back. Shipping must occur within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization. email@example.com
3. Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
God’s Gift Botanicals ships all orders through UPS & USPS, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
What shipping methods do we offer?
God’s Gift offers free 2-3 day shipping (expect Covid delays) for orders under 1 lb for a flat rate of $7 and over 1 lb we will notify during ordering process. We ship through USPS or UPS for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

Is God’s Gift able to ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box, we can ship your order, which takes 2 to 7 business days longer for delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is purchased, God’s Gift will forward a tracking via contact info method provided.
Can my order ship through the weekend?
UPS & USPS will deliver on business days & Saturdays; they may not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
How soon can your order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our support via email at email@example.com to start an order trace.
